Unless otherwise stated the asking rent does not include any tenants charges or fees. Administration charges and reference fees apply to all adult tenants and guarantors moving into one of our Landlords properties. These charges and fees are as follows:

Cost for obtaining financial credit checks, obtaining references from employers/landlord and any other relevant information to assess affordability and suitability of any guarantor supporting a tenant’s application

Amendments or Deletions to Tenancy
